Our Field Delivery Managers are at the heart of how we keep our communities powered - safely, reliably and with pride. In this leadership role, you’ll guide large, multi‑skilled Transmission field teams as they deliver essential work across our network. Every day, you’ll be supporting your team to grow, work safely and deliver meaningful outcomes for the communities we call home.

Degree or Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering or electrical trade (or craft certificate) with extensive experience. Class C Driver’s License. Demonstrated knowledge of and experience working in the energy industry including well developed understanding of regulatory frameworks, standards, specifications and Electrical Safety Rules. Proven knowledge and application of safety management systems. Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Office and systems. Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills. Recognised analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. Highly evident communication skills both written and oral with a customer focus for service delivery. Demonstrated ability to work both as part of a team and independently. Ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive or personal matters. Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams for improved performance. Demonstrated experience in building relationships across a variety of stakeholders both internal and external.
