About the Role
The Client Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue growth through reseller partners and strategic client relationships.
The role develops account plans, identifies new business opportunities, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver client value.
The position supports customer success, partnership expansion, and long-term business growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities.
- Build and maintain enduring client relationships through regular communication and account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product or service delivery and address issues promptly.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities for risks and opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior account management professionals.
Channel Partner Responsibilities
- Locate, evaluate, and recruit systems integrators, value-added resellers, distributors, dealers, or retailers.
- Support partners through marketing, advertising, sales promotions, and training activities to achieve revenue targets.
