Field Care Supervisor

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support and review individual care packages, including needs and risk assessments.
• Work with Care Coordinators to support effective rota planning.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Care Assistants in the field.
• Shadow new starters and complete observations and competency checks.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews and complete accurate records.

Requirements

• Care experience is essential.
• Experience completing needs and risk assessments.
• Confidence working with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to support, guide, and develop others.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Compensation

• Pay is £13.60 per hour.
• Paid mileage is provided at 15p per mile.

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time positions are available.
• Shifts range from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm and may include on-call duties, care work, and weekends.

Workplace and travel

• The role is based across community services in the Oldham area.
• Local travel is required and mileage is paid for every journey.
