  • As this is a London-based community care role, you do not need to drive or have access to a vehicle .
  • 💷 Pay rates
  • Monday to Friday: £15.15 per hour
  • Saturday: £15.35 per hour
  • Sunday: £15.65 per hour

You will be paid hourly, including your travel time between client visits.

⏰ Shift patterns

Our services operate seven days a week, with flexible full-time and part-time shifts available across weekdays and weekends.

Shift times may vary depending on the needs of our clients, but typical patterns include:

Morning and daytime shift: 7:00 am to 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm

Afternoon and evening shift: 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Long-day option: You may have the option to combine the daytime and evening shifts if you would prefer to work a longer day.

Shifts can be worked separately, so you don’t have to commit to a full day. We’ll discuss your availability and preferred working pattern with you during the recruitment process.

💙 What you’ll do

Our Care Assistants are extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients.

You’ll follow individual care plans and provide high-quality, person-centred support, helping clients to live safer, happier and more independent lives in their own homes.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing dignified support with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting and continence care

Supporting clients with their medication

Preparing meals and providing support at mealtimes

Assisting with shopping and light household tasks

Supporting clients to attend appointments and access their local community

Providing companionship and emotional support

Monitoring clients’ wellbeing and reporting any changes

Maintaining accurate records of the care and support provided

Working closely with families, colleagues and healthcare professionals

You don’t need any previous social care experience to apply. We provide fully paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role.

Resilience and a willingness to learn

The existing right to work in the UK
