What You Bring
3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role
Experience with hardware systems and networking
Familiarity with VMS or monitoring platforms
Experience with integrations and troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Bonus • Experience in physical security industry • Exposure to LTE/networking equipment • Familiarity with Pipedrive, Jira/Confluence, MS Office, Google Workspace
