Overview
We’re looking for a detail-focused
Ff&E & Ose Estimator
to bring precision, control, and clarity to our project costing.
This role bridges design intent with commercial accuracy ensuring every material, item, and specification is aligned with budget and project requirements.
Estimation & Cost Planning
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for
Ff&E & Ose
- packages (furniture, lighting, accessories, operating supplies & equipment)
- Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to define accurate scope
- Develop cost plans, breakdowns, and project budgets
- Identify cost risks and propose value engineering solutions
Supplier Pricing & Analysis
- Source quotations from local & international suppliers
- Prepare comparison sheets and evaluate commercial proposals
- Maintain updated pricing benchmarks and cost databases
- Ensure alignment between supplier scope and project requirements
Tender & Commercial Support
- Support tender submissions with accurate costing and documentation
- Align estimates with client budgets and expectations
- Assist in negotiations and cost optimization strategies
- Coordinate with procurement and design teams for consistency
Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain structured estimation records and cost reports
- Track revisions, updates, and scope changes
- Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth transition from estimation to procurement
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in
Ff&E & Ose Estimation
- (interiors, fit-out, hospitality, or lighting)
- Strong knowledge of UAE and international supplier markets
- Experience across residential, hospitality, or retail projects
- Strong analytical, numerical, and commercial skills
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
