About the Role

- Manage and update FF&E library, material database, schedules, and sample records
- Prepare and update FF&E specifications, schedules, and presentation boards
- Assist design team in selecting furniture, lighting, fabrics, and finishes
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and contractors for FF&E execution
- Request quotations, review proposals, and follow up on deliveries
- Maintain FF&E documentation including submittals and approvals
- Review furniture layouts and drawings for accuracy
- Prepare meeting minutes and progress reports
- Research new materials and market trends
- Produce FF&E presentation boards for client approvals
Requirements
- Manage and update FF&E library and material database
- Prepare FF&E specifications, schedules, and presentation boards
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and contractors
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- English mandatory, Arabic is a plus

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the FF&E library, material database, schedules, trackers, and sample records
- Prepare and update FF&E specifications, schedules, presentation boards, material selections documents
- Assist the design team in selecting furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, accessories, and other FF&E items
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, site teams, and contractors to ensure smooth FF&E execution
- Request quotations, review supplier proposals, arrange samples and approvals, follow up on deliveries
- Maintain and organize all FF&E documentation including submittals, approvals, revisions, correspondence
- Review furniture layouts, drawings, and specifications to ensure correct sizes, tagging, materials
- Coordinate with Drafting and 3D design teams to ensure furniture layouts match approved design
- Check and verify furniture drawings, layouts, and tagging before final issuance
- Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and status updates
- Research new materials, products, and market trends, maintain supplier relationships
- Organize supplier presentations and knowledge sharing sessions
