FF&E

Language Requirements

• English (Mandatory), Arabic is a Plus
• Manage and update the FF&E library, material database, schedules, trackers, and sample records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and update FF&E specifications, schedules, presentation boards, material selections documents.
• Assist the design team in selecting furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, accessories, and other FF&E items while ensuring they match the approved design and project requirements.
• Coordinate with designers,suppliers, site teams, and contractors to ensure smooth FF&E execution throughout the project.
• Request quotations, review supplier proposals, arrange samples and approvals and follow up on deliveries to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain and organize all FF&E documentation, including submittals, approvals, revisions, correspondence, and document records according to company standards.
• Review furniture layouts, drawings, and specifications to ensure correct sizes, tagging, materials, and coordination with project documentation.
• Coordinate with the Drafting and 3D design teams to ensure furniture layouts, dimensions, materials, and finishes match the approved design and 3D renderings.
• Check and verify furniture drawings, layouts, and tagging before final issuance.
• Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and status updates while tracking approvals, action items, and project deliverables.
• Research new materials, products, and market trends, maintain supplier relationships, and continuously improve the FF&E resource library.
• Organize supplier presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions to keep the design team informed about new products and industry developments.
• Produce professional FF&E presentation boards, material boards, and finish boards for client presentations and project approvals.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
