- Manage end to end client documentation for tourist visa applications to Europe, UK, UAE, and Canada
- Review and validate application files to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Submit visa applications to relevant embassies or VFS centers and monitor processing status
- Maintain systematic and up to date client records in the internal database
- Guide clients through documentation requirements, form submissions, and embassy appointments
- Prepare detailed reports and analyze data to identify trends to enhance case processing efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in immigration or visa documentation
- Strong knowledge of European visa processes and embassy protocols
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently and with attention to detail
- Hindi (Required)

Job Description
- This role is primarily focused on handling documentation and processing for Tourist visa applications to Europe, including Schengen countries, the UK, and other EU nations, UAE, Canada.
- You will be responsible for managing end to end client documentation and ensuring all applications meet the regulatory standards.
