- Make outbound calls to students, working professionals, and corporate leads
- Explain training programs, course benefits, schedules, fees, and certification details
- Follow up with inquiries generated through digital marketing, WhatsApp, website, walk ins, and referrals
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions and achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk in inquiries professionally
- Maintain proper follow up records in CRM, Excel, or internal tracking sheets
- Coordinate with trainers and the training team for demo classes, course details, and schedules
- Prepare and share course details, fee structures, and quotations when required
- Build strong relationships with individual students and corporate clients
- Support corporate training inquiries by calling HR, admin, training, and management teams
- Report daily calling activity, follow ups, hot leads, and confirmed sales to management
Requirements
- Female candidates preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, admissions counseling, or sales
- Strong communication skills in English
- Confident in making outbound calls and handling objections
- Ability to close sales and meet monthly targets
- Good follow up skills and customer handling ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM, and email communication
- Must be presentable, professional, punctual, and target oriented

Job Overview
- The selected candidate will be responsible for calling potential students, professionals, and companies to promote Orbit Training Center’s courses and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in handling calls, follow up discipline, and the ability to close sales.
- Candidates from training institutes, education sales, technical telesales, general telesales, telecalling, customer service, real estate calling, banking sales, insurance sales, or any target based sales background are welcome to apply.

Requirements

- Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, or other language skills will be an added advantage.
- Confident in making outbound calls and handling objections.
- Ability to close sales and meet monthly targets.
- Good follow up skills and customer handling ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM, and email communication.
- Must be presentable, professional, punctual, and target oriented.
- Candidates available in UAE will be preferred.
