Role Overview
Join a Dubai real estate team as a motivated and results-driven tele-caller.
The role focuses on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for property consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases.
- Generate and qualify leads for property buying and selling.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested clients.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property options.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 0-6 months of tele-calling or telesales experience; real estate experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English; Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is advantageous.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.
