Join the real estate team as a confident, target-oriented Tele-caller/Tele-sales professional.
The role is primarily office-based and focuses on outbound calls, lead qualification, and meeting generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided leads and databases.
- Introduce the company and available real estate projects professionally.
- Understand clients’ property requirements, budgets, and preferences.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.
- Build positive relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements
- Have 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele-calling, tele-sales, or customer service.
- Real estate experience is advantageous.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Be confident, energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable making a high volume of calls.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
