- Maintain and update contact lists for employees, clients, suppliers, and partners
- Support the preparation of regular reports and administrative summaries
- Develop, organize, and maintain an efficient filing and documentation system
- Monitor office supplies and place timely orders to ensure operational readiness
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Strong understanding of office organization and workflow optimization
- Excellent multi tasking, time management, and follow through skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Diploma or at least College Level education
- English & Arabic (Required)

Overview
