The Role
- We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and experienced Operations Supervisor/Manager to oversee a team of 50+ female staff, including nannies, babysitters, housekeepers, and customer service agents.
- The role also involves coordinating driver schedules and ensuring excellence in daily operations and client service delivery.
- The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills and multilingual ability (Tagalog, English, and preferably Arabic).
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and support 50+ staff across domestic services and customer service functions.
- Service Quality: Ensure high quality service delivery across all operations; monitor performance and uphold service standards.
