Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to our patients.
The ideal candidate will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to promoting the health and well-being of our patients.
This position requires strong clinical skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms, and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, medications, and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Current Registered Nurse / Assistant Nurse license in [Dubai].
- Minimum of [2] years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in a specialized area of nursing (e.g., critical care, pediatrics).
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Fluent in English and Hindi
