Overview
We are seeking a qualified and energetic **Female Fitness Instructor** for a Facilities Management company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting fitness sessions, guiding members on exercise techniques, and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle while ensuring a safe training environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group **fitness training** sessions
- Develop personalized **fitness programs** based on client goals
- Demonstrate proper exercise **techniques** and **equipment** usage
- Monitor client progress and provide motivation and support
- Ensure fitness equipment is used safely and maintained properly
- Promote health, fitness, and wellness programs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional fitness environment
Requirements
- Degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Fitness, or a related field
- Minimum **3–5 years of experience as a Fitness Instructor**
- Strong knowledge of **fitness training, exercise techniques,** and **wellness practices**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and engage clients
- **Immediate joiners** preferred
- Valid QID
- Any Nationality
Working Hours
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 6 days per week
Salary & Benefits
- **QAR 5,500 Full Package**
- Attractive commission structure

- Pay: QAR5,500.00 per month
