Role Overview

Document Processing
- Receive, log, scan, and organize hard-copy and electronic documents.
- Manage drawings, RFIs, submittals, reports, and project correspondence.
Version Control
- Ensure teams use only the latest approved document revisions.
- Archive obsolete documents and maintain revision history.
Distribution and Registers
- Prepare and issue formal transmittals.
- Distribute updated documents to internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Maintain document registers, trackers, and project records.
- Monitor document submissions, approvals, and outstanding items.
