Role Overview
Join a healthcare team as a Call Center Representative serving patients and clinic operations.
Arabic communication is mandatory, while healthcare or clinic experience is preferred.
CRM and clinical or healthcare software experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on patient appointments.
- Maintain patient information, communication records, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Use CRM systems and clinical management tools for daily operations.
- Respond to inquiries about clinic services, appointments, and general information.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, reception, and other departments.
- Follow up with leads and existing patients and support appointment conversion.
- Handle patient concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and clinic information.
- Achieve assigned call, follow-up, and appointment targets.
Requirements
- Arabic speaker.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and clinical or healthcare software.
