Overview
A well-established clinic is looking for an experienced Clinic Manager with strong leadership, sales, and operational management skills.
Requirements
- Strong experience in reputed clinics or healthcare facilities is mandatory
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and achieving revenue targets
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
- Good knowledge of DHA regulations, licensing, compliance, and healthcare standards
- Ability to manage daily clinic operations efficiently and professionally
- Excellent patient relationship and customer service skills
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree / Graduation preferred
- Arabic speaker preferred
- Professional, confident, and presentable personality
- Strong ability to manage teams and deliver measurable results
Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinic operations efficiently and professionally
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, licensing, and healthcare standards
- Improve patient experience and contribute to business growth
Compensation
- Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
