The employer is seeking an experienced and talented chef to prepare breakfast items, fresh juices, smoothies, coffee, and light meals.
The role requires passion for food, consistent quality, and high hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve breakfast dishes including eggs, pancakes, sandwiches, salads, and other breakfast items.
- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and healthy beverages.
- Prepare and serve espresso, cappuccino, latte, Americano, and other coffee varieties.
- Ensure food is prepared according to quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Manage food preparation and ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management when ingredients need replenishment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional working environment.
- Assist with menu preparation and introduce new breakfast and beverage ideas when required.
Requirements
- At least two years of previous experience as a chef, breakfast chef, or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of breakfast preparation, fresh juices, smoothies, and coffee.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Good presentation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and professional appearance.
- Good communication skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 3,500 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
