Overview

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and sales-oriented Beauty Therapist to join our beauty clinic team.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality beauty treatments while also supporting front desk reception duties, handling client calls, appointments, and assisting the sales team in converting inquiries into bookings.

This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for beauty and client care.

Key Responsibilitiesbeauty Therapist Duties

  • Perform beauty treatments professionally and safely according to clinic standards.
  • Provide skincare consultations and recommend suitable treatments/products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment.
  • Ensure client comfort and satisfaction during treatments.
  • Keep updated with new beauty trends, treatments, and products.

Reception & Front Desk Duties

  • Welcome and assist clients in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and scheduling.
  • Handle client check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate daily reception operations smoothly.

Call Center & Sales Support Duties

  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries professionally.
  • Follow up with leads and encourage clients to book appointments.
  • Support clinic sales targets by promoting services and packages.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the sales and clinic team to maximize bookings and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Beauty Therapist in a clinic or salon.
  • Knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, and customer care.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Ability to multitask between treatment duties and front desk operations.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Basic computer and appointment system knowledge.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in customer service or call center operations.
  • Ability to upsell beauty packages and products.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
