- Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Follow up with new leads and existing clients
- Provide information about clinic services, promotions, and packages
- Maintain accurate client records in the clinic management system
- Coordinate appointments with doctors and therapists
- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Process payments and issue receipts when required
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable
- Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Female candidate
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English
- Previous experience as a receptionist, call center agent, customer service representative, or clinic coordinator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and appointment booking systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude

Requirements

Pay
- Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
