Job Summary
CITICORE Interior Design is seeking a KSA Admin Officer to support daily administrative, documentation, and coordination activities in Riyadh.
The role coordinates with multiple departments and follows up on tasks, documents, approvals, and requirements.
Experience in interior design, fit-out, construction, or contracting is highly preferred.
Location and Employment
- The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Employment type is full-time and the work arrangement is on-site.
- Candidates currently based in Riyadh or Saudi Arabia are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative activities and office documentation.
- Maintain company, project, and administrative records.
- Coordinate with management, design, procurement, estimation, site, and other departments.
- Follow up on documents, approvals, submissions, and required actions.
- Prepare reports, trackers, correspondence, and administrative documents.
- Maintain physical and digital filing and document control.
- Monitor deadlines, appointments, meetings, and assigned tasks.
- Assist with employee, project, and office-related administrative requirements.
