Responsibilities
- Perform full cycle accounting including GL, AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
- Manage and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Handle VAT computation, filing, and compliance with FTA regulations
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and government authorities
- Create and monitor company budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
- Support management in strategic planning through financial analysis
- Prepare project specific financial summaries and cost allocations
Requirements
- 2+ years of UAE based accounting and clerical experience
- Must be on a Husband/Family Visa
- Expertise in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Solid knowledge of VAT/FTA regulations and UAE Labor Law
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- Arabic language (Preferred)

Overview

Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,000 AED 4,000 per month.
