Job Summary

Location and Work Arrangement

• The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Work is performed in person across branches on a rotating basis.
• Visits are conducted as an ordinary guest experience and are not announced to branch staff.

Branch Visits

• Conduct unannounced visits to branches on a rotating basis.
• Follow a structured cycle covering all branches.
• Distribute visits fairly so staff cannot anticipate inspection timings.
• Maintain independence throughout each visit.

Food Presentation Evaluation

• Evaluate food presentation against established company standards.
• Check whether the correct serveware, plates, bowls, and vessels are used for each dish.
• Assess portion consistency and the visual appearance of food served to guests.
• Document the branch, visit date, dish or item, and specific presentation issue.
• Identify recurring presentation issues and report trends to management.

Guest Feedback Collection

• Collect direct, in-person feedback from guests independently of branch employees.
• Evaluate guest satisfaction with the overall dining experience.
• Record feedback consistently using the approved evaluation format.
• Identify recurring guest concerns and areas requiring improvement.

Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain a detailed evaluation record for every branch visit.
• Document presentation observations and guest feedback accurately.
• Maintain branch-wise records to identify trends over time.
• Submit findings directly to management without filtering or branch influence.
• Provide objective results that can support management performance evaluations.

Required Qualifications

• Strong observation and communication skills are required.
• The role requires discretion, impartiality, professional judgment, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
• The candidate must evaluate situations objectively and have no personal or professional connection with branch managers or staff.
• The candidate must maintain professional distance, avoid complimentary items from staff, and report findings independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality management, hotel management, food and beverage, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years of hospitality, F&B service, guest relations, front-of-house, or similar guest-facing experience is preferred.
• Guest-experience evaluation, mystery shopping, quality auditing, or hospitality inspection experience is advantageous.
• Understanding of food presentation and guest service standards is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary is AED 1,200–1,500.
• Accommodation, food, and medical benefits are provided by the company.
