Role overview
The FEA Engineer performs structural and thermal analysis of mechanical components using Finite Element Analysis.
The role supports simulation, design validation, product development, and failure analysis.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural, static, dynamic, modal, fatigue, vibration, and thermal FEA simulations.
- Develop finite element models from CAD data.
- Analyze results and recommend design improvements.
- Validate components against customer specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and testing teams.
- Prepare technical reports, analysis documentation, and presentations.
- Support product development, design validation, and failure analysis.
- Maintain compliance with engineering standards and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- At least one year of FEA experience is required.
- Hands-on simulation-tool experience and strong engineering fundamentals are required.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month.
