Key Responsibilities
- Perform aircraft structural assembly, installation, modification, and repair activities.
- Inspect fuselage, wings, frames, stringers, ribs, skins, doors, and access panels.
- Carry out drilling, reaming, riveting, fastening, sealing, and sheet-metal work.
- Interpret engineering drawings, structural repair manuals, maintenance manuals, and work instructions.
- Identify structural defects, cracks, corrosion, dents, deformation, and other damage.
- Support structural damage assessment and repair activities.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections of structural components.
- Use precision measuring instruments and aircraft maintenance tools correctly.
- Ensure work complies with approved procedures, quality requirements, and aviation regulations.
- Maintain accurate inspection and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
