- Develop dashboards and analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence
- Work with Oracle Analytics Cloud, OTBI, and SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Perform data reconciliation, validation, and troubleshooting
- Gather stakeholder requirements and design semantic models
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, HR Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience developing dashboards and analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence
- Strong experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud, OTBI, or similar Oracle analytics tools
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM data, semantic models, dashboard design, SQL, data reconciliation, validation, and stakeholder requirements gathering
- Experience in a large, regulated, financial services, or enterprise environment preferred

Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, HR Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Oracle Cloud, Oracle Analytics, or Oracle HCM certifications are an advantage.
Minimum Experience
- Proven experience developing dashboards and analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, with strong experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud, OTBI, or similar Oracle analytics tools.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM data, semantic models, dashboard design, SQL, data reconciliation, validation, and stakeholder requirements gathering is required.
- Experience in a large, regulated, financial services, or enterprise environment is preferred.
Technical Proficiency
- Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle Analytics Cloud or Oracle Analytics Server, OTBI, Oracle Fusion HCM data, semantic modelling, logical facts and dimensions, measures, hierarchies, calculations, joins, SQL, data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
