Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement robust HCM analytics solutions using FDI principles to drive strategic workforce planning and talent management insights.
- Translate complex business requirements from HR stakeholders into technical specifications for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes within HCM systems.
