- Own and drive strategic FBA programs across MENATR, including process improvements, seller experience initiatives, and supply chain optimization projects
- Analyze large datasets to identify operational gaps, business opportunities, root causes, and performance trends
- Build scalable reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and KPIs to track business performance and drive decision making
- Develop business cases and recommendations backed by data and present findings to senior leadership
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, Tech, and other internal stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inbound operations, inventory management, transportation programs, seller experience, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with tech and product teams to influence roadmap prioritization and automation opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions
- Experience analyzing large datasets and translating them to actionable business insight
- Experience working with cross functional teams across business development, marketing, operations, product development, legal, etc.
- Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities

Description

- The Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) MENATR team is looking for a Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives that improve seller experience, inbound operations, and supply chain performance across the region.
- This role requires a strong analytical skillset combined with program management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
- FBA is a highly visible and strategic program within Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and drive strategic FBA programs across MENATR, including process improvements, seller experience initiatives, and supply chain optimization projects.
- Analyze large datasets to identify operational gaps, business opportunities, root causes, and performance trends.
- Build scalable reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and KPIs to track business performance and drive decision making.
- Develop business cases and recommendations backed by data and present findings to senior leadership.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Business, Supply Chain or other related quantitative discipline
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions
- Experience analyzing large datasets and translating them to actionable business insight
- Experience working with cross functional teams across business development, marketing, operations, product development, legal, etc.
- Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field
- Master's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field, or 5+ years of Tableau Desktop, Quicksight or other relevant data visualization software experience
- Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting solutions
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience in leading large, cross functional projects
- Experience in procurement, budgeting, forecasting, or asset management
- Bachelor's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
