The Family Ways Training Coordinator will work in a collaborative team environment to manage the training and model implementation components of Family Ways. The team includes Peer Community Specialists, a Public Health Nurse, two Nutritionists, a Social Worker, a Quality Improvement Lead and Administrative Support staff. This role will be charged with training, coaching, and maintaining model fidelity for the new Family Ways Program. The Training Coordinator will report to and work collaboratively with the Family Ways Co-Leads. Note: This recruitment will be used to create an eligibility pool to fill additional Career Service, Term-Limited Temporary (TLT), or Special Duty Assignment (SDA) vacancies that may occur over the next six months.
