Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate a diversified global multi-asset portfolio comprising public equities, fixed income, private markets, hedge funds, and other alternative investments.
- Build and maintain financial models to assess investment opportunities, perform sensitivity analysis, and support valuation exercises.
- Conduct macroeconomic, industry, and market research to assist in formulating investment views and asset allocation decisions.
- Review trends affecting sectors, regions, and capital markets to identify emerging risks and opportunities.
- Prepare investment presentations, analytical reports, and supporting materials for internal discussions and stakeholder reviews.
- Assist with due diligence activities relating to fund managers, co-investments, and direct investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain investment databases, reporting frameworks, and performance-tracking tools.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience gained within investment management, research, wealth management, asset management, or a similar environment.
- Experience working within a UAE-based family office, with exposure to multi-asset investment portfolios.
- Sound understanding of financial markets, asset allocation principles, and macroeconomic dynamics.
- Experience with financial modelling, valuation techniques, and investment research methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Progress towards the CFA designation (Level II or above preferred) will be viewed favourably.
