A reputable healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its multidisciplinary clinical team. The role involves providing comprehensive primary care, managing chronic diseases, and delivering preventive healthcare services.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients across all age groups, ensuring continuity of care and long term patient management
- Conduct detailed clinical assessments, medical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations to diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
- Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular conditions, respiratory disorders, thyroid disease, and metabolic disorders in accordance with evidence based clinical guidelines
- Deliver preventive healthcare services, including routine health screenings, immunizations, lifestyle counseling, and early disease detection initiatives
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans, ensuring appropriate follow up and monitoring of patient outcomes
- Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance, disease prevention, nutrition, and lifestyle modification
- Coordinate referrals to specialist physicians and allied healthcare professionals when required and ensure effective follow up care
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive electronic medical records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety programs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure integrated and high quality patient care
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, ethical medical practice standards, and hospital policies
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years post specialist or board certification
- Recognized specialist qualification in Family Medicine (e.g., American Board, UK CCT, MRCGP, etc.)
- Eligibility for DHA/DOH/MOH licensing

- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients across all age groups, ensuring continuity of care and long term patient management.

Qualifications & Board Recognition
- Applications welcome from physicians holding recognized specialist qualifications such as American Board of Family Medicine, UK CCT/MRCGP, European Board Certification, Royal College Certification (Canada), Australian Fellowship (FRACGP/FACRRM), Arab Board, MD, DNB, FNB, DrNB, DM, FCPS or equivalent
- Candidates must meet eligibility requirements for DHA/DOH/MOH license guidance and support provided.
