We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Faculty Development Coordinator to support the U.S. Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM) Office of the Dean. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Program Manager, course directors, instructors, and Office of the Dean personnel to conduct Annual Course Reviews.
Analyze End-of-Course (EOC) survey results and develop SMART action plans for instructional improvement.
Monitor implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support institutional compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
Support curriculum development and course revision initiatives.
Assist with testing program administration for instructors and students.
Develop and deliver professional development training for instructors.
Participate in educational planning, instructional improvement, and special projects.
Support educational technology initiatives and eLearning best practices.
Maintain instructor qualification tracking databases.
Perform data entry, troubleshooting, reporting, and analysis using institutional tracking systems.

Serve as USAFSAM's liaison with the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) as directed.
Collaborate with colleges, universities, and military educational partners.
Prepare continuity documents, executive briefings, and program documentation.
Participate in meetings, symposiums, and professional development events.
Support additional education and training initiatives assigned by the Office of the Dean.
Minority- and service-disabled veteran-owned defense contractor providing advisory, technical, and IT services to federal DoD clients.
