Minimum Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in: Education Instructional Design Curriculum Development Organizational Development Or a closely related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a higher education faculty development program, instructor qualification program, or quality assurance program.
• Minimum 3 years of experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams that include program managers, instructional designers, subject matter experts, and leadership.
• Experience managing: Instructor qualifications Faculty credentialing Quality assurance programs Educational compliance initiatives

Highly Desired Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience with Air Force Formal Training programs.
• Knowledge of higher education accreditation and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting the Department of the Air Force, Community College of the Air Force (CCAF), or Department of Defense educational organizations.
• Experience serving as an instructor, educational administrator, or liaison within military education programs.
• Professional certification such as: Project Management Professional (PMP) Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

• Experience conducting instructor evaluations and delivering faculty professional development.
