As a key member of our manufacturing leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle, ensuring that all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Job Purpose
The primary purpose of the Factory Manager is to oversee daily production operations to consistently meet output, quality, and safety targets while effectively controlling costs.
This role is accountable for managing production schedules, supervising staff, ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations, and continuously optimizing manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
