Job Responsibilities
- Oversee full factory operations for **aluminium & glass fabrication** including DGU/SGU, curtain wall, ACP, and railing systems
- Plan production schedules to meet project deadlines
- Ensure product quality and compliance with technical specifications
- Manage workforce, machinery, and materials efficiently
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in aluminium & glass manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of façade systems and fabrication processes
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle production planning and quality control
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
