Job Description
We are looking for an experienced **Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation for ongoing MEP and construction projects**.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and experience handling technical and commercial documents in the UAE construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage all project documents, drawings, correspondence, and records.
- Ensure proper document control procedures and filing systems are followed.
- Track incoming and outgoing documents, submissions, approvals, and revisions.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients regarding documentation.
- Prepare document transmittals, reports, and logs.
- Ensure all documents are accurately updated and distributed to relevant departments.
- Support project teams with administrative and documentation requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure document security at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Administration or related field.
- **Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Document Controller in construction or MEP projects.**
- **Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.**
- Experience handling technical drawings and project documentation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
