The Facility Maintenance Support’s primary job function is to perform all entry level support and assistance with all aspects of building maintenance to ensure the safety and efficient function of all La Clinica facilities.

• Responds to and performs work order requests.
• Performs routine landscaping and grounds inspection for litter collection and removal of debris.
• Assembles furniture and equipment, as assigned.
• Provides snow and ice removal and applies sand and ice melt.
• Provides pick up, distribution and/or relocation of freight, furniture, equipment, etc.
• Provides cleanup for spills, which may include biological and chemical spills.
• Performs tasks, operates equipment and uses materials in a safe manner, adhering to safety. policies, operator manuals, MSDS, OSHA, and other instructions available.
• Maintains high level of customer service at all times, while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Receives and distributes deliveries.
