Independently performs major repairs/installations on a wide variety of complex building systems and equipment. Human Resources Exemption: No Education

• Building Systems Technician certificate

• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Power Engineering License pursuant to the Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act

• 5th Class Engineering certificate, as required by the
• Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job

• Pool Operator certificate, where required
