- Actively assist in the tender processes, revise, and implement required changes promptly to achieve the set target dates.
- Assure quoted services are consistent with customer specifications, monitor and ensure bid format meet clients standards.
- Prepare estimated budget using company or customer approved process.
- Coordinate with procurement for requests for quotations from suppliers.
- Prepare timely proposals for customers
- Prepare benchmark data for different sector and services.
- Prepare pricing model for the business or modify the existing one.
- Develop a good understanding of the customer’s needs, products and vertical markets, evaluate Customer Request for Tender/Bid/Quotation documents.
- Prepare Calculation and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money.
- Investigate and propose the availability of options for current and new business objectives.
- Planning for future development in-line with strategic business objectives.
- Identify and learn customer requirements for bid purposes.
- Performing relevant task as requested by the management.
- Responsible for preparing the tender documents as per tender specifications at least 3 working days prior to the tender submission deadline.
- Highlight promptly to your direct manager of any risks/ violations that you have noted or identified.
- Comply with IMS Policy, IMS manual and related procedures.
- Maintenance of Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements and demonstrate visible leadership to enhance conformance to IMS requirements
- Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per hour
