Job Overview
- As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will spearhead large scale, high volume recruitment operations to fulfill the manpower needs of the company.
- You will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for operational, skilled trades, and general labor roles while optimizing processes, reducing costs, and ensuring seamless onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end, high volume recruitment for bulk workforce requirements.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to fill multiple vacancies under tight Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job boards, including local networking, employee referrals, and specialized overseas recruitment agencies.
- Partner closely with Department Heads and Operations Managers to forecast manpower requirements and align hiring with business objectives.
- Build and maintain a robust, active talent pipeline for future and current operational projects.
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and employment policies.
- Coordinate efficiently with the PRO team for work permits, visa processing, and medical clearances.
- Oversee the end to end candidate onboarding process, ensuring new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company culture and work sites.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as time to fill, cost per hire, turnover rates, and source effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management and recommend actionable process improvements.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 7,000 AED 10,000 per month
