Role Overview
The role oversees day-to-day operations, maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of a Dubai facility.
The facility must provide safe, clean, efficient, and high-standard service to patients, visitors, staff, and other stakeholders.
Relevant backgrounds include facility management, hotel operations, hospitality, or healthcare facility operations.
Facility Operations
- Manage overall facility operations and coordinate housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, security, waste management, and support services.
- Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, lifts, fire systems, generators, and other building services.
- Monitor equipment, assets, utilities, infrastructure, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and operational issues.
Vendors and Services
- Manage external vendors, contractors, and service providers, including performance monitoring and contract coordination.
- Obtain quotations and coordinate procurement of facility-related services, supplies, and equipment.
- Monitor housekeeping staffing, duty schedules, cleaning procedures, quality checks, and waste disposal.
