Position Overview
Supports the senior/community manager in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of residential or commercial communities under the Owners Association (OA).
This role ensures smooth community operations, assists with administrative tasks, coordinates with service providers, and helps maintain compliance with RERA and Dubai regulatory standards.
Community Operations
Assist in the daily management of assigned communities in accordance with RERA and OA guidelines.
Conduct routine site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.
Report defects, maintenance issues, and safety concerns to the relevant departments for timely resolution.
Support the coordination of facility management activities, including cleaning, security, landscaping, and MEP services.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure service-level agreements are followed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month (depends on experience and knowledge)
Work Location: In person
Must have 2 years' experience in a facility management company.
