Responsibilities
- Respond to facility service requests and prioritize work based on safety, operational impact, and urgency
- Work independently during second shift while coordinating with day-shift Facilities personnel, vendors, contractors, and on-call resources as needed
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on facility systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building infrastructure issues
- Monitor facility systems and respond to alarms, equipment failures, leaks, utility issues, and other operational needs
- Support operation and maintenance of HVAC, exhaust systems, pumps, compressed air, industrial utilities, and other facility infrastructure
- Support facility upgrades, equipment installations, remodels, and expansion projects in coordination with the 1st Shift Facilities team
- Identify abnormal operating conditions and escalate significant safety, equipment, or operational issues
- Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records, and documentation within the company's JIRA & CMMS system
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on facilities, industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or related experience
- Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, one-line diagrams, equipment manuals, and construction drawings
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or other relevant trade certification or license
