Role Overview
We are seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Operator to join our team.
This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and functionality of facilities, providing a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and building systems (including BMS).
- Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance and repair activities.
- Monitor utilities and energy consumption to improve efficiency and control costs.
- Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare periodic reports.
- Manage work orders and ensure proper tracking and follow-up.
- Ensure overall cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of the facilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
1.
Diploma or equivalent in a technical field (maintenance-related preferred).
2. 1-3 year of experience in facilities or maintenance operations.
3.
Basic knowledge of facility systems and maintenance practices.
4.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
5.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
6.
Arabic and English.
