About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Aquatic & Wellness Systems Engineer

to lead the operation, maintenance, and performance of aquatic and wellness systems across our clubs.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and delivering a high-quality member experience.

Note

Priority will be given to qualified Saudi candidates.

If no suitable Saudi candidates are available, other nationalities will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operation of swimming pools and water treatment systems ensuring proper water quality and safety.
  • Manage sauna, steam, ice bath, and hydrotherapy systems performance.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and water quality regulations.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system failures.
  • Coordinate and manage external vendors and service providers.
  • Review technical designs and support new projects, commissioning, and system handovers.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Respond to emergency incidents and ensure minimal operational disruption.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum
  • 5 years of experience
  • in aquatic systems, water treatment, or MEP maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of water chemistry and treatment systems.
  • Experience in facilities such as fitness clubs, hospitality, or large complexes is preferred.
  • Knowledge of health & safety standards and compliance requirements.
