About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Aquatic & Wellness Systems Engineer
to lead the operation, maintenance, and performance of aquatic and wellness systems across our clubs.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and delivering a high-quality member experience.
Note
Priority will be given to qualified Saudi candidates.
If no suitable Saudi candidates are available, other nationalities will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation of swimming pools and water treatment systems ensuring proper water quality and safety.
- Manage sauna, steam, ice bath, and hydrotherapy systems performance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and water quality regulations.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system failures.
- Coordinate and manage external vendors and service providers.
- Review technical designs and support new projects, commissioning, and system handovers.
- Monitor system performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Respond to emergency incidents and ensure minimal operational disruption.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum
- 5 years of experience
- in aquatic systems, water treatment, or MEP maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of water chemistry and treatment systems.
- Experience in facilities such as fitness clubs, hospitality, or large complexes is preferred.
- Knowledge of health & safety standards and compliance requirements.
