Facilities Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility and building operations.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility services.
• Monitor office equipment, utilities, and workplace facilities.
• Work with contractors and service providers as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are safe and well maintained.
• Maintain facility records, maintenance schedules, and related documents.
• Assist with facility budgets, supplies, and operational expenses.
• Support workplace safety and company facility policies.
• Respond to facility-related issues and coordinate timely solutions.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of facilities, maintenance, or administrative experience.
• Basic knowledge of building and facility operations.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Willingness to learn and develop management skills.
