Job Purpose
Lead the delivery of hard and soft services for a high-end residential compound facilities management project.
Apply corporate and international industry-standard environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
Maintain client communications and ensure client objectives and requirements are met.
Manage client relations, teams, contractors, and suppliers while supporting operational improvement and quality of life services.
Ensure contractual obligations, KPIs, and SLAs are delivered.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of residential facilities to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
- Manage maintenance schedules and work orders, coordinating with technicians to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend building-system life and reduce emergency repairs.
- Conduct regular property inspections, identify improvement areas, and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Maintain facility operating budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-effective maintenance and upgrade solutions.
