Facilities Manager

As part of The TJX Companies, Inc., the world's leading off-price retailer of apparel and homewares, TK Maxx is growing across Australia. We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to support our store network and ensure our locations remain safe, compliant, and operational.

Oversee facilities services across a portfolio of stores throughout Australia.

Manage building services including HVAC, Fire, Electrical, and Mechanical systems.

Conduct store visits to ensure compliance, safety, and operational standards.

Manage facilities budgets, contracts, and capital works projects.

Partner with Store Operations and Property teams to support store maintenance and upgrades.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Participate in a rostered on-call program and travel as required across Australia.

Facilities management experience within a multi-site retail or commercial environment.

Strong contractor, vendor, and maintenance management experience.

Knowledge of building services and facilities compliance requirements.

Experience managing budgets and service contracts.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work autonomously.
