Role Description

Facilities Responsibilities

• Monitor facility conditions, implement maintenance schedules, and manage vendors and service providers.
• Ensure work environments adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Develop policies for facility use, space planning, asset management, and equipment lifecycle.
• Optimize costs, support operational efficiency, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with leadership and technical teams on facility and infrastructure requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across facility systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Facility operations and maintenance management skills, including space planning, asset management, and vendor coordination.
• Health, safety, and environmental knowledge relevant to industrial, technical, or engineering environments.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with facility management software, documentation tools, and basic data analysis.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
• Experience in engineering, energy, or industrial facilities is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently and make data-informed decisions.
